As principal of J.J.Li, LLC, Jason provides accounting, taxation and consulting services to individual and privately held businesses. His expertise in taxation includes partnership, corporation and individual income tax compliance and planning. His consulting service includes financial modeling, internal control review, inventory costing, accounting information system implementation, management and other special services. His current clients include medical office, high-tech consulting firm, restaurants and manufacturing companies.

Professional education and experiences

Jason received a Bachelor of Science degree from Nanjing University in 1985 and Master of Science in Professional Accounting from the University of Hartford in 1994. He worked in Connecticut largest regional accounting firm and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. He is also enrolled to practice before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent. Jason's career also includes more than twenty years as CFO/Controller of a privately held middle-market manufacturing company. He is a Certified Management Accountant.

李先生于１９８５年获得中国南京大学学士学位。１９９４年获得美国哈特福特大学财务会计硕士学位。他曾经在康州最大的会计税务咨询事务所任资深主管并取得注册会计师执照。李先生还担任8年以上中型企业财务总监和金融主管的职务。他目前是康州唯一的华裔美国联邦税务局注册税务师。
